How to find us

You will find us on Krušnohorská Street in the Růžový vrch district of Karlovy Vary. The spa centre is about a 15-minute walk away, the bus stop is 2 minutes from the door and the upper railway station is nearby.

Every room has a fridge, a kettle with cups and coffee, so you have everything for a quick refreshment after arrival.

We do not offer breakfast. In your room you can make coffee and keep food in the fridge.

No. All rooms and the studio are on the second floor, reached by stairs.

There is no reception desk. Check-in is possible from 2 pm to 7 pm, check-out by 10 am (unless agreed otherwise). Please tell us your arrival time in advance.

You can park directly opposite the entrance of the guesthouse.

The guesthouse is non-smoking. The maximum capacity is 16 beds plus 2 extra beds.

Unfortunately not – the guesthouse is not equipped for pets.

In cash or by card on arrival, or by bank transfer in advance by arrangement. Local taxes are included in the price.

Children under 3 without their own bed stay free of charge. We lend a travel cot (120×60) free of charge, without bedding.

A double room occupied by one person costs CZK 790 per night, for two people CZK 990. The studio for 4 guests costs CZK 1,890 per night. Different prices apply during the film festival – see the price list.
